Published twice a year in July and July, The Indian Review of World Literature in English welcomes submission of articles on various aspects of World literature in English. Scholarly articles on individual authors or works are welcome for publication. All the articles are subject to the evaluation by the editorial team and peer review process. The Journal invites innovative articles in the contemporary World literature. The aim of the journal is to provide both the authors and the readers a wide exchange of knowledge and ideas in current literary field. The articles are expected to open up more portals for healthy thoughts and discussions. Thrust Areas:1. British literature since 1945 2. American literature since 1945 3. Twentieth century European authors/works in translation 4. Commonwealth Literature 5. English Language Teaching 6. Criticism and Literary Theory Guideline for Authors• Font & size: Times New Roman 11, Spacing: Single line, Margin of 1 inch on all four sides. • Title of the paper: bold, title case (Capitalize each word), centered. Times New Roman 14. • Text of the paper: justified. Font & size: Times New Roman 11 • References: Please follow MLA (Ed. 8th) style strictly. Do not use Foot Notes. WORKS CITED is compulsory. Use Glossary if necessary. • Articles should be submitted as MS Word 2003-2007 attachments only. • The paper should not usually exceed 14 pages maximum, 8 pages minimum in single spacing. • Each paper must be accompanied by i) A declaration that it is an original work and has not been published anywhere else or sent for publication ii) Abstract of paper about 100-200 words and iii) A short bio-note of the contributor(s) indicating name, institutional affiliation, brief career history, postal address, mobile number and e-mail, in a single attachment. Please do not send more than two attachments (Article and the Author's Brief CV with declaration that the article is original ) Give these things below your paper and send all these details in a separate single MS-Word 2007 attachment. • Papers submitted should evince serious academic work contributing new knowledge or innovative critical/theoretical perspectives on the subject explored. Mode of SubmissionThe Indian Review of World Literature in English is published twice a year in July and July. The deadline for the submission of these two issues is 31st November and 31st May. Submission mode is through Article submission form in the JOT FORM provided below. In case of problem in online submission, the article can be mailed to the Editor at ganesanbalan@gmail.com and irwleeditor@gmail.com with the articles and Author‘s CV as attachments in MS Word 2007 format Selection ProcedureAll submissions will be sent for blind peer reviewing. Final selection will be made only if the papers are recommended for publication by the reviewers. The details of the selection of your paper will be informed to you on email. The editors have the right to make necessary editing of selected papers for the sake of conceptual clarity and formatting. Non-selected papers will not be sent back to the contributor in any form. All contributors are advised to keep a copy of their submission with them. Please avoid simultaneous submission of more number of articles. Plagiarism AlertContributors are advised to adhere to strict academic ethics with respect to acknowledgment of original ideas from others. The editors will not be responsible for any such lapse of the contributor. All submissions should be original and must be accompanied by a declaration that it is an original work and has not been published anywhere else. It will be your sole responsibility for such lapses, if any. Neither the editors, nor the publisher will be responsible for it.
